Welcome to Tudu! These terms govern your use of our service. By using Tudu, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Tudu, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Tudu.

2. Description of Service

Tudu is a personal task management application. We provide:

• A web-based to-do list application
• Task creation, organization, and reminder features
• Data storage and synchronization
• Optional premium features (Pro plan)

We may add, modify, or remove features over time to improve the service.

3. Your Account

Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One account per person (no shared accounts for multiple users)
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Tudu

Account Security

• Keep your password secure
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• You're responsible for all activity under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Tudu only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Use Tudu for illegal activities
• Upload malicious content, malware, or harmful files
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our systems
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Use automated systems to access Tudu without permission
• Violate anyone else's rights (intellectual property, privacy, etc.)
• Use Tudu to spam, harass, or harm others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Your Content

Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create in Tudu (tasks, notes, files, etc.). We don't claim any rights to your content.

License to Us

By using Tudu, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as needed to provide the service. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

Responsibility

You're responsible for your content. Don't upload anything illegal or that violates others' rights.

6. Payment Terms (Pro Plan)

Pricing

• Free plan: $0, always free
• Pro monthly: $5/month
• Pro lifetime: One-time payment, current price shown at purchase

Billing

• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Lifetime purchases are one-time and non-recurring

Refunds

• Monthly: No refunds for partial months
• Lifetime: 30-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied
• Contact support@tudu.gg for refund requests

Price Changes

We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions continue at their current rate until renewal.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Property

Tudu, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve Tudu without any obligation to you.

8. Disclaimers

Tudu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to provide a reliable service, but we can't guarantee:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All features will work perfectly at all times
• Data will never be lost (please keep important backups)

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

This doesn't affect rights that can't be limited by law.

10. Termination

By You

You can delete your account anytime in Settings. This terminates these terms.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity.

After Termination

Upon termination, your right to use Tudu ends. Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

12. General

• Entire Agreement: These terms are the entire agreement between us
• Waiver: Not enforcing a right doesn't waive it
• Severability: If part of these terms is invalid, the rest remains in effect
• Assignment: You can't transfer these terms; we can if we're acquired
