Breathing moment
Sometimes you need to pause and breathe. That's what Breathing Moment is for.
How to use it
- Go to Settings
- Find "Breathing Moment" in the Wellness section
- Click "Start"
The exercise
A 60-second guided breathing exercise:
- Breathe in (4 seconds) — Circle expands
- Hold (4 seconds) — Circle stays
- Breathe out (4 seconds) — Circle contracts
- Repeat for 60 seconds

Take a breathing moment whenever you feel overwhelmed. Your tasks will still be there when you're done.
