Breathing moment

Sometimes you need to pause and breathe. That's what Breathing Moment is for.

How to use it

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Find "Breathing Moment" in the Wellness section
  3. Click "Start"

The exercise

A 60-second guided breathing exercise:

  1. Breathe in (4 seconds) — Circle expands
  2. Hold (4 seconds) — Circle stays
  3. Breathe out (4 seconds) — Circle contracts
  4. Repeat for 60 seconds

Take a breathing moment whenever you feel overwhelmed. Your tasks will still be there when you're done.
