Understanding folders

Folders help you organize your tasks into categories that make sense for your life.

Default folders

Everyone starts with an Inbox folder. This is where tasks go when you don't specify a folder.

Creating folders

  1. Click + New Folder in the sidebar
  2. Give it a name and pick an emoji
  3. Click Create

Assigning tasks to folders

When using Quick Add, type #foldername to assign:

  • "Buy groceries #shopping"
  • "Finish report #work"

Folder limits

  • Free plan: Up to 3 folders
  • Pro plan: Unlimited folders
